I got to scrap again tonight... I have been looking at baby pics and grabbed one of Val at 2, for a color challenge. It is starting to hit home that she will be a senior this year and will be going to college 300 miles away next year....
I keep telling myself I am ready for it but..... I am sooooo gonna miss my baby girl.

Me Time...
Tonight was the first time in the last week I have gotten to take a breath and have ME time....
My hubby runs an elevator in rural Kansas and now is Fall Harvest , so my time is mostly down at the elevator but tonight was MINE and I was gonna scrap....lol
2 hours later ...I have one LO done,but at least I got something done....Tomorrow night I will "try" for another...

Good Morning !!!!
Today is going to be a BUSY DAY...
Had to go to the school to get a schedule for tomorrow's tourny,pw for Power School so Val could check her grades, tell coach she was going home after v-ball game tonight with me and find out how to wash the uniform she is wearing, so she can wear it tomorrow too ( she is the libero, so she has to wear a different color than the other girls....lol) DONE
Get mail. DONE
Go to grocery store. DONE
Start to meatballs for lunch. Cooking good lunch since I will be gone tonight and all day tomorrow....lol Done
Wash dishes and clean kitchen. Done
Start laundry. Done
Only things left on list are make scalloped potatoes for lunch, finish laundry,make Val's meal for game,pick up check at grocery store and get milk, cash check at bank
,get ready for volleyball game and leave by 3:00.And take camera to game for pics....lol
I think I need a wife...lol Well next year will be quiet once Val leaves for college...
I better get off this computer and get back to work.....byesssssssssssss

Hi,
I just joined a blog challenge to see if it would get me to blog more often...
Not much happen today since it rained last night, which slowed fall harvest down...
I have a "list" of scrapbook pages I need to get done for Val's HS book and today I just didn't feel "inspired" to do anything.....lol
Ohhh I started Iris Johnson's new book,8 Days to live. And I need to start a list of the books I read....:)
Need to stop at school in morning to get schedule of Volleyball Tournament for Saturday and get PW so I can get on-line to see my daughter's grades....She is more worried about seeing them than me. Guess that is what happens when you get to be a senior....
Waiting to see the season opener of CSI...Have to wait till morning to watch opener of Grey's Anatomy....Why do they put the good shows on back to back on the different networks....lol
Time for shows....byessssssssssssss

September 1st
Life is getting so crazy around here !!!! Today is my DD Val's first volleyball game... I have been so consumed with making cards and swaps lately, I have been putting Val's HS book on hold. Well I am trying to get back on track with it and misc LO for me.
Today is the first of a new month and a time to remember to slow down and do what I so enjoy doing... So I decided I would make it my goal to start doing the challenges from Scrap Your Crap, a challenge blog done by a good friend.And here is my page, I have only had the pic laying here for the last year....lol
And yes Lora, I will TRY to post on this thing more often.....:)

June 10th
Today I was given an award from my good friend Gina and I have to tell you 1o things about myself.....
1. I am a very creative person.
2 I have little to no patience.
3. I bore easily and I am constantly changing my mind on how to do things...lol
4 I have been married to the same man for 29 years.
5.I have 3 children but my 2 boys are grown and away for home so most of my scrapping is of and for my daughter...she is a junior in HS
6.Right now I am stuck on reading....I read a lot and have been reading vampire books with the Twilight series still my favorite....That and the Dark Hunter series
7. I am a good cook but I hate doing it...What a waste of time,for something that you eat in 10 minutes...lol
8.I have a college degree in a field I don't work in and hate....lol
9.I keep forgetting that I am to post in this blog daily.
10. I have done a lot of hobbies but I think I enjoy scrapping the most , an I am addicted to paper...lol
Now I am suppose to pass it to 7 other people....
