The Gift

Tuesday, I got a very special gift for 2 ladies I am on Cricut MB with. I got something I dream of getting for sometime .... I got a Personal Cricut Machine (the baby bug) And I love it !!!!! It took me about a day of just looking at it and pinching myself to even believe this was not a dream.
I have been playing with it, between finishing an on-line crop Card Makers was having.... Here is one of the challenges from there (a painting technique), that I use my NEW baby bug on....

Inchies

I have been spending more time chatting on-line than normal.... And getting ready for our 1st on-line crop over at Card Makers. But last night I worked and got the inchies done for a swap I am in.....TFL

Blog Stalker

I tend to find myself spending more time stalking blogs to see what is "new" and getting ideas... My list of blogs I read is getting longer and longer. I tend not to leave post alot but I do read them all !!!! OK I am just plain "lazy" and hate to type....lol but i do check them all daily....some every few hours for new looks....lol

Last night I found myself needing to make a card for a challenge I am doing in Card Makers , the blinkie is added at end of posting.. So i went to one of my fav blogs,http://jeanette-h20creations.blogspot.com/ and decided to look at old posts. I came across this card made by another one of my good friends (Mmora )and I just had to try it... Here is my take on it and I hope you like how it turned out as much as I do.....TFL

St Pat Can

This is a paint can that I did for a swap in Cricut. The lady I made it for has already received it so now I can post it.... I had fun making this one, out of elements that had been given to me from other swaps.... TFL

I am sooo ready for FRIDAY !!!!

Just a quick note before I have to go to the last basketball pep-rally. Tonight is the last basketball game and I am soooo ready for it. This year has gone by so fast and I thought it would slow down after Christmas.....NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
I am trying to get caught up on some of my swaps. I had to make cards for Spring and I really was stumped on this one and even turned to a card sketch, but once they were done... I kind of liked them, TFL. Sue

Today is a "lazy" day for me... We are having BEAUTIFUL weather and I am going to take advantage of it, by just playing today !!!!!!!!
The last couple of days have been a little disappointing... They have made we wonder about what some people think, or even wonder if they DO think....lol Both situations have been some what resolved but they make you think about what is important to you.
The first is about swaps... First I will say, I LOVE swaps... I will admit to it and I will also admit I am in wayyyyyyyyyyy too many swaps but I will probably join more....lol And as a person who loves swaps and has hosted many a swap, I know life happens....lol And no matter all the "good intentions" you have when signing up, well sometimes you just have to say " I can't do this" Most hostess have NO problem with this, but let them know. There is nothing more frustrating than someone not answering e-mails , pm's or even receiving late items.
The 2nd is a bit more painful... In the past couple days, I have seen people I care about get hurt on-line.I think ALL ( even myself) need to remember to THINK before we talk on the computer. In this medium all we have is words. And often what we mean to express with those words are misinterpreted.
I really started to erase this post and keep it myself....lol Then I thought , this is MY blog and I can post what is important to me.... So I decided to leave it....
Now on a lighter note, I finished one of my many swaps. I needed to make thank you cards and this is what I came up with.... TFL and listening to me rant......Sue
